If I recall correctly, scanbars were Viper's little thang that he almost wh0red. xD jk
1. Get the already made sig you are using.
2. Create a rectangle using the Polygonal Lasso Tool and draw a rectangle on the bottom of your sig.
3.Use the paintbucket tool and set your forground color to your desired scanbar color. And fill the rectangle.
4. Set your layer option to Color.
5.Go to Layer > Layer Style > Stroke, and have 1px 'BLACK' Stoke.
6.Click the 'Jump to ImageReady' button on the bottom of the toolbar.
7. Now your in image ready. Click the New layer button in the animation box thing.
8.Click the layer containing your scanbar.
9.Now, just press the up key on your keyboard until you get to the top.
10. Click the tween tool and choose 20 frames.
11.Now, click the new layer button again.
12. Go all the way down until you get to the bottom.
11. Click the tween button and choose 20 frames again.
12.Now go to File > Save Optimized as...
YOUR DONE!
